“Merk dir meinen Namen” (“remember my name”) is about my inner fight between big dreams and deep disappointment. I work hard on my music every day and hope people will soon remember my name, even when it often feels pointless. At the same time I am still waiting for a love from the past and asking myself how she could forget me so easily.

Loneliness, doubt and sleepless nights are with me while I wish for a carefree future. I am afraid of never reaching my goals. But I do not give up, because I am still here and I believe in myself. My dreams keep me alive. The song is an honest statement about pain, ambition and the will to make it one day.
