Allein in der Dunkelheit

“Allein in der Dunkelheit” (“alone in the dark”) is about feeling alone and lost in my own head. There is constant conflict in my mind, and I lie awake at night because loneliness will not let go. I no longer believe that time heals all wounds, because I only pushed mine away.

I ask God for a sign and wonder when good times will finally come. I am often there for others and forget myself completely. In the end, music is the only thing that gives me support while I fight my way through the dark.
